QESB is helmed by the President and supported by various divisions which are Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ), Business Development, Corporate Services, Operations, Procurement, Human Capital Management (HCM) and Research & Development. Collectively, over 100 years’ experiences in various industries including scheduled waste management. The team has extensive experience in corporate finance, strategy and planning, business development, sales and marketing with proven track records as well technical expertise in their field. Together with the highly skilled workforce of approximately 80 workers, QESB has the necessary knowhow and capabilities to manage the operations and future plans of the company.

QESB employs qualified and skilled workers experienced in managing and handling scheduled waste. Our specialists are accredited with the following certifications:
• Oil & Gas Safety Passport (OGSP)
• Safety Handling of Forklift Truck (SHFT)
• Authorized Gas Tester (AGT)
• Authorized Entrant and Standby Person (AESP)
• Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste (CEPSWAM)
These certifications by National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) enables them to participate in the client’s Turnaround Programmes. Additionally, safety training is conducted regularly for our specialist team as safety is our highest priority. Since 1st April 2011, we have maintained zero LTI with 1,061,991 safe man-hours as at 31st July 2020.
